Robert Heinemann and his team have been an exceptional human resource partner for MaxLinear Inc. In 2020 we embarked on an acquisition that had large employee teams in Austria and Germany. Robert’s expertise in Mergers & Acquisitions and his knowledge of the regional and local employment laws was instrumental in making the acquisition event successful. Additionally the ongoing support during 2021 from Robert’s and his team guided MaxLinear through the onboarding of several hundred employees. Robert is very knowledgeable in Human Resources and is able to bring practical suggestions to accommodate the required employment protocol in both Austria and Germany.
